Current - Single Family Homes:  There are currently 63 single-family homes for sale in Wayland. List prices in Wayland range from $279,900 to $6,900,000. The median list price of $918,000 is lower than last year at this time when it was $1,009,500.

Luxury home-buyers continue to have the most opportunities in Wayland. There are 11 luxury properties on the market listed between $1,000,000 and $1,499,999 and 11 between $1.5 million and $1,999,999.
